Return Costs

For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs if you change your mind, purchase the wrong product, or no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

Send it Back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.

Refund Process

Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It typically takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
