Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM . Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

Transit Time

Transit Time: 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel, please get in touch with us immediately at support@etoileemporium.com or via live chat.

After the 2-hour window, your order may already be processing, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you notice an error, reply to your confirmation email immediately.

Once the order is processed, we cannot change the address.

Etoile Emporium is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
